National Coloring Day September 14

For the past few weeks there have been deer families in our neighborhood.

They found an apple tree with the ripe fruit falling in abundance.

I've not seen so many fawns together before. Here are only two of the

six I saw one morning. I was excited to be able to get pretty close to them

without them springing away.

For National Coloring Day, I was inspired to paint the deer

and make a card to color

There is National Coloring Day in September,

National Color Day in October,

and National Coloring Book day in August.
