Bird Nest and Raindrops
This bird's nest was my painting experiment last week.
I wanted to play with earth tone and jewel tones
together to see how I liked them.
We took a drive to Carson City yesterday in the blustery weather and walked along the Carson River. There were great water droplets on the tree branches and this one was my favorite of all I took.
This mass of vines was in a backyard near the marsh area and the chickadees love it. I didn't bother them at all taking a handful of photos.
Nice desert rain lately.
