Animal Birthday Cards for Kids

I'm reworking some of my older illustrations and worked on

an animal birthday parade last week and had a great time!  I painted this one twice because I didn't like my first sky, less is more sometimes. 

I put the illustration on several items in my Zazzle shop.

And barnyard animals.  Last summer we rode our bikes a lot. We rode past a pasture with a few calves that were there most of the summer.  They'd been bottle fed so weren't as skittish and would come up to us when we stopped to say hi.  There are neighbors with pigs and sheep as well so they were all an inspiration for this illustration.  

Sometimes it's fun to send a postcard for birthday greetings.
